Hello Ebay,
I wanted to escalate how customer service has been working off late. Please help provide a better environment to work taking this as a feedback.
1) My account was suspended due to missing contact information. However my information was up to date on ebay. Later they reinstated my account. However till date i see the alerts everytime i sign up saying that my account is suspended. Why wasnt those alerts removed in the first place. Do i need to write every thing on an email. Isnt it ebay's responsibility to take care of it.
2) Even though i qualify for express remittance till date after following up so many time i have not been provided with express remittance. The Customer Service number is just to fool customers. Everytime i call up they just ask me to write an email and are unable to provide basic help. All i keep getting is that we have escalated and you will hear from us very soon. However i havent heard from anyone till date.
3) When my account was suspended, i had 100 odd listings which were pulled down still no credits were given for them. I had spent Rs 1000 listing those items. I have followed up so many times still all i get to hear is that we will get back to you. Is this what service you are offering. Above that Mr Brendon from ebay writes to me that my listings were active during suspension. I bet everyone would agree that even a junior kg kid would know that when ebay suspends the account all listings are removed. How can then a customer service guy mention something like that in writing to me.
I am also pasting the email chain here. Guys pls improve the service you are offering and stop been a pain to sellers.
Thanks,
Sachin

Here is the chain of email and Mr. Bendons reply is included too. I hope they are honest enough to apologise atleast.

Hello.
I am really not happy with the way you guys have been treating me. I have 3 issues which i have been following up on for last 1 month.
1) My approx 100 odd listings were pulled down when my account was suspended. I had spend around Rs 1000 listing them. However till date i have not received any credits for them
2) My express remittance is not activated.
3) I still see the suspension alerts whenever i do anything on ebay. It asks me to sign up and everytime i sign up the first thing which i do is see those alerts even though my account is reinstated.
Please provide what you people have been doing about this. Also send me a customer survey so that i can rate your performance and let your superiors know that there has been some serious problems off late in the way customer service is working.
I have spoken with amrita, sohail and also received a reply from Brendon that my listings wer active during suspension. I dont understand how can Brendon say that to me in an email. Dont you know that all listings are removed once an individual is suspended. Is this the service you are offering, i want to ask to Mr Brendon.
Please reply asap.
Thanks,
SAchin

I dont think you have understood my query or taken the effort to understand it also. I had 100 live listings for which i had spent around 800 Rupees which were pulled down when my account was suspended. However i dont see any credits of that in my account. Hope you understand. If you are not able to pls escalate to someone who can.
Thanks,
Sachin

Hello,
Thank you for writing to eBay again. My name is Brendan and it is my
pleasure to assist you.
I understand that you would like the credit for your listing fees.
On checking your account I see that your listed items were not removed
while your account was suspended hence I regret to inform you that you
would not receive the credit for the same.
Just so you know the promotion is once you cross a total of Rs1500 you
would not be charged any insertion fees. If there is any other
promotion that you are referring to please revert to us.
If there is anything else that you would require clarification on please
feel free to revert to us with your query.
You can also talk to us through Live Help or call our Helpline. To know
more about the support options please refer to
http://pages.ebay.in/paisapay/phone-support.html
If time permits, please leave an appropriate feedback for my service to
you. You may get a separate email requesting for feedback. Your valuable
feedback and inputs will help me to improve my services towards other
members and you.
Best wishes,
Brendan
