Customer Service Closed the Claim Forcefully

Hi Team,

I bought the Blackberry 9530 from Ebay. I recied the faulty and refurbished Product then I raised the claim by calling the customer support. I called many time to customer service regarding the claim number 67895 that i wants to talk to the claim adjuster Mr. kaustub M. but every time nobody transfred me to him. I explaine them that let me know when should i have to ship the product back to the seller but customer service team said that sir We will arrenge the call back From Mr. Kaustab but i never got the call by anybody.Even in Between the time i have Shipped the item back to the seller as well. But my email account was not working for the time being and thats the reason i was aking customer service team arragne the call back but once i checked my mail i found Mr. Kaustab mail saying that we are closing the claim because you did not reply are phone call but in actual i did not get even a single call by them.

now When i am calling to the customer support team back the are still not transfing the call to Mr. kaustab and saying that Sir You claim has been closed now there is no use of calling us back again and again.

The re very Rude in there work and i am feeling like handicap in front of them as they are not even transfring the call to anybody niether to the manager or any claim Adjuster. Could anybody help me with the situation here or any other mail or Escalation number wherein i can call or mail to get the resulation.

Since you have shipped the item back to the seller, just ask the seller to give back your money.

As seller replied that as ebay closed the case from there end so said that just contact to ebay as now i do not know that who you are. I am in a very bad situation and that all is just ebay blody service that they have crap customer service. Finally i am looking for the cunsumer form for this situation.Also i havnt recived the item back even. If Anyone could suggest me somthing on this would be gald to him/her. I loved ebay so much but after this happend with me i hate it like anything. Coz the Customer service are not even listening to me they not repling on that what i am asking to them.

Please help me .
