well theres no such thing EBAY GURANTEE. they people are there to make fool out of customers. i ordered one t-shirt from ebay before odering i asked customer care what if there is any issue with the size and quality, customer care ppl said sir either u can replace or return.
once i received the tshirt there was quality as well as size issue i talked to customer care, initially they said we ll get it done but i dint get any response from them afterwards nd lastlyy when i called customer care they said nothing can be done in size problem, we cant return or replace ur tshrt.
they ebay people are simply there to cheat............ hopeless shopping exp from ebay...............
