We read all comments which are available on your site but no body is ready to help them and i am one of them.
I have purched an item "Lakme Sunscreen UV Lotion (15 ml)via Order no.(290802664480)on 6th Nov and till now, i have not received it and you (ebay) said that product will deliever 5-7 working so,is this your service ? how can a new user buy your prduct through this and no body will recommend your sevice.This is not a matter of money it is a service response and today is comptition in market.if you will provide this kind of service.I have tried your customer care no.1-800-209-3229 (India) and i follow the instructions but nobody was able to help me because the call was on hold last 30mints and nobody can wait this shit long time.If somebody read this post from ebay then think about it and improve your service and deliever my product asap.

I 11manikandan purchased a battery on 6-11-2012 but I didnot get any shipment details till now. I could not get a paypal transaction ID, so I am not able to call paypal about my transaction, I called your customercare they told me to check my bank statement for paypal transaction ID, which did not solve the problem, paypal is asking for paypaltransaction ID, can you give me paypal transaction ID so that i can ask paypal for registering complaint,

while buying an item online as a guest, I got an error saying transaction was unsuccessful, but the money got debited from my account. I have been following up since last 4 days, but no reply yet. Pls get back to me asap.

I was won samsang galaxy tab contest but i have not got any replay. Customer care told that will get courier for verification code. I got 1st courier they sent G-five mobile but not ant code. And still any call from cutomer care.
Please i request you give me detail of this contest.

After many days i chat with customer representative as the toll free number was always busy. They said that they had refunded my amount. But in reality i have not receive any refunded amount.
I mailed my bank statements twice as a proof that money was not refunded. But their is no response from ebay in solving my issue.
What am i supposed to do now as i have lost all hopes of getting my money back.
I REQUEST USERS PLEASE PROVIDE ME DETAILS HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.
