Credit card debited amount, item not reflecting in my summary

Hi,
I have purchased item
http://www.ebay.in/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140757597385.

I recieved the bank message that amount is deducted. I have nto recieved any message from ebay and the item is also not displayed in my list.
Please let me know the next course of action
