Hi Ebay, I have been a customer of Ebay India for the past 2 years, never have i faced the problem with payments for any of my items. I am urgently in need of my product which I purchased and till now the payment is being reflected as being processed; I have called customer care 3 times and they have finally informed me to send across the copy of credit card; I am seriously disappointed by this method and functioning of ebay as they have never listed this as part of their standard operating procedure and customer care even don't care to inform this to customers.
