Contact ebay

Sir,

It is very difficult to contact ebay. Email link not work many times in help page. I am trying to contact with ebay to resolve issue amount deducted but not reduced in fees but same problem occured Email link not work to contact with ebay. Please remove this problem so we cannot waste time to trying it many times.

Hi,
As per the messages by ebay officials on this board, hope this matter will be solved soon.

I think the contact system of ebay can be re-oriented. Its often bit cumbersome to choose from the std subjects and mostly we receive a pre-typed text with some links. On contrary, we put our own subject for corresponding with our online Banks and almost always get messages from a personnel. Trust the members will be happier if a similar system is adopted by ebay for all the correspondences. .
