I bought a used computer desktop without monitor and no peripherals from a seller on Ebay in April and the experience hasn't been good.
The seller is in Pondicherry and the shipping address was for Uttaranchal. I paid Rs 1200 as shipping fee. The seller sent it by Franch express courier which has no branch in Uttaranchal. When I didn't receive the item for a month I tried contacting Franch express Pondicherry. I had a hard problem communicating with Franch express Pondicherry guys as they didn't talk in English. After a hard time and many calls later they told me that they dispatch the item by Ondot courier to Uttaranchal from Chennai. I asked Ondot courier Chennai about the item but they asked me to get the docket number from Franch express. I tried contacting Franch express, but they didn't pick up my calls after that!
The seller has not been responding to my emails either.
What should I do?
The item cost me Rs 4699/- . Seller was Mr J Syed Ibrahim Shah from Pondicherry.
