Its almost a year that I have requested claim and they used to create only a new service request everytime when I call and its still not resolved.

These many complaints been created by ebay Effective customer care for single claim which is stilllllllllll not resolved.
I have never seen such a fantastic ecommerce site and very much appreciating their work.
