Dear Sir / Madam,
This is with refference to our account no.E834406387044-INR with E-bay. We would like to ledge a complaint against Ms.Seema (Traning Manager).
We have been suffering since a month as there is a dispute with 2 clients who had given a negative feed back but I instead of guiding as properly to solve the problem we were being misguided by Ms.Seema, and she has no answers to any of our queries but keep insisting that we will suffer as the client is right inspite of one request that the client could also be wrong as in one case the colour was littel different ( the difference being the product physically and what shown on the screen) and in second case we sent the right gemstone ,true to one knowledge and experience but maybe the client was expecting something else.On exchange of mails,we could make out that this client had less knowledge of the product he had ordered.
We have not been provided any traning manager from the begining of our account.Thats why we do not have any idea about the rating.Nobudy help us for this even Mr.Amarjeet Singh working with E-bay at New Delhi Branch as a repesentative ,he also not responding our phone. If they guys guide us properly from the begining so this type of blunder mistake hasn't occured.
We would request you to kindly look into the matter and install our listing on the E-bay as soon as possible .
Thanking you,
Your's sincerly

Your feedeback tells it all.You managed to get four negative feedbacks within a very short time and everbody remarked that you shipped wrong item. Why to blame eBay training manager, for the negative feedbacks. No amount of training will help if you sent products other than shown in the listing to the buyers

Hi,
Blaming the eBay team with your mistake of sending different products is unfair. ---------------

Navaneeth (snrama) 😉

Hi,
Ebay seems to have set new standards. Ebay had never been so indulgent.
What happened to our old ebay? What about old values? What makes the community tick nowadays?
Thanx,
Truly,
Amitava

Hello rudrakshapowerdelhi,
Thank you for posting on our community boards and initiating a discussion thread.
We understand that you are unhappy with the ratings that you have received however I'd not correlate the non performance to the training manager's ability/inability to train you. The objective to have a training manager train you is to help you create good listings with detailed descriptions and share insights/strategies to sell on eBay.
It is neither ethical nor in the hands of a training manager to stop the buyers to rate you on the buying experience that you provide to your customers.
From your past feedbacks we would like to advise you to be cautious while putting up a listing and provide a detailed description with full clarity n what the item is.
Keep Posting!!
Regards,
Indraneel
