Complaint against ebay india

Hello,

1) Can you imagine a hold time of 30 minutes still not being answered. This is the second time it’s happening in row.!!! What is ‘ebay claim guarantee’ ? when there is no guarantee that you call will be answered?
2) What is the status of my claim , Why does it take so much time for the processing..!! Who should I  contact for this? (Toll free numbers are almost next to impossible to access with long waiting times. )
3) In a situation where Ebay’s competitors are offering such fantastic return policies why do I have to follow up so much for a mistake/ cheating by seller.?
4) I’m holding on to give a negative feedback , coz Sellers publically beg for it.
5) There are too many cheats on ebay. I’m also thinking to go to consumer court.!!!

ebay send me unordered item ,part of order missing, fake item, paid rs 6886/,but in package one cell phone holder, after claiming last experiece is horrible, seller is *** is fake company. claim id *** ebay gurrante is false gurratee, resolve solution is also same. ebay should rectify the bad business, mind it, there is consumer court in INDIA,
