Shopping with eBay has been my worst experience till date. I received a very ill fitting dress, not the same as shown in the picture at all. It was worth Rs. 3000
After opening a case, with claim Id 653490, they told me that'll receive my refund in 15-20 business days, but that was on 24th September. Today is 17th November, and here i am, still fighting for my own money. I call them daily, and every time they say that I'll get a call back within next 48 hours and that my case has been 'escalated'.
I'm very dissapointed with these guys.
Worst customer service- minimum waiting time is 15 minutes!! And it can go upto 35 minutes no less!
