This is regarding my refund claim

I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase one time for which I received Old item and missing part (Battry). Ebay india and paisa pay that my claim is approved and refund will be Credit in my account within 6-8 days.
I didn't get my refund even after 7days, so I called the ebay india support, they said that some problem in the back end and asked me to wait for the reply in next 48 hrs, waited ....no reply....called again after 48 hrs....they again asked me to wait for 72 hrs ....waited...no reply....called 5 times....every time I call,...the customer support people asked me to wait for 48hrs.....now its more than 10 days now after the purchase, still my money is not refunded !!
Every time I call they gave a service request number..
So please refound my payment ...
VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE....STARTED LOOSING HOPE ON THE BIG COMPANY LIKE EBAY !!!!!!!!!!
Kindly advise if any one know the ebay global complaint contact information
