I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase one time for which I received damaged item and had returned back to the seller and had a word with seller he said that they are ready to refund the amount but through ebay and I need to open a case. I had opened a case in EBAY case reference number is 57001, post which I have called thrice to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 12 days to process the refund.

This means when I purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay, today also I have purchased one more item and I think I have done a mistake by relying on ebay processes, it seems like that.

contact seller or open a case in resolution center.

I have purchased a Item cost of 2849 inr on 30th may2012. I used a 400rs Coupen in this Purchasing.
i received Item very fast on 4th june.But Item was not same as specified by seller. i talked with seller ,he agree to refund. i re-shiped the item to the seller and he approved my refund. But i received the refund only 2449 rs 25 days after ( even then 400 rs coupen amount not received).And i can't be able to re-use this coupen because its date was expired till than. Immediately i have discuss this issue with customer care . As they advised me,I Email this issue to incswebhelp@ebay.com on 24th july.
My claim ID is 96754.
Since than i have regularly talk with customer care around 25 times .Everytime they just want me to wait 48 hour .But this 48 hour never come so far. They even didn't denied about this coupen but i don't know why they hold amount.If there is any doubt ,they can ask.
I have purchased around 30 Item from ebay in last 3 year, worth of amount more than 1 lac. i have received fully 100% feedback from seller. i never cheated before by any shopping website. But this time ,I am highly dissappointed ebay refund claim service. I never expecting this from reputed Ebay website. Many times, i waited 15-20 min for each call to get chatting with customer care .But they dont care and everybody has same replied "wait for 48 hour,you will receive a call from us".
i know this is not as much big amount. But there is not any reason to leave it. Now customer care slowly increasing my waiting time to customer care . Some time they put my phone on hold for long time without reply. now even after 4 months ,still issue not solved.

I ordered Sennheiser CX head phones in ebay. When I recieved the product, it was shocking to see the counterfeit product in ebay.
I request the ebay to sell only genuine/original products not the counterfeit products. There should be a clear policy for eabay to sell only genuine products. If any of the seller sell the counterfeit products,there should be serious/stringent action to be taken according to the intellectual property rights/ copy right act etc.

I had purchased various items on eBay.in with the expectation that I would be receiving the "confirmed" free gifts of our choice that they had advertised in both their Friendship Day and Independence
Day promotions. The PaisaPay IDs of my transactions and respective promotional offer coupons used for the same are as follows:

1) 31751356801 (Coupon: YOBUDDY014)
2) 31783642771 (Coupon: FREEHUM001)
3) 31985858861 (Coupon: FREEHUM002)

I had opted for the following gifts:

1) Portable 500 GB USB 3.0 Hard Disk Drive for the first purchase

2) 8 GB USB Pen Drive for the subsequent two purchases
As the first purchase was made on July 31, 2012, I was worried as to why eBay has not yet sent me the "confirmed free gifts" even three months after the said purchases.

After several attempts I finally got through to their customer support and placed my first complaint on Friday, Oct 05 at 09:40 AM (Service Request No. 1-4872378673). I was promised that my complaint would be attend to with utmost priority and that my "confirmed free gifts" would be dispatched to my address within a week. That turned out to be a false promise and I was utterly disappointed as I have been a loyal customer of ebay and never expected them to take their buyers for a ride.

To follow up on my previous complaint, I got through to their customer support again with great difficultly on Friday, Oct 26 at 3:00 PM (Service Request No. 1-5145941294). The CS representative, Mr. Nitesh Kadam, was very courteous as he apologized for their lapses and told me that the issue had been escalted already and that I would be receiving the "free gifts" within a week of my second complaint. It has been 10 days since my last complaint and I still have not received them.

These aforementioned gifts were the only incentives for me to shop at eBay, otherwise I would gladly have purchased these products from a real retail outlet and not online. I would like to take this opportunity to warn prospective buyers of eBay to stay clear of these so called deals and avoid being taken for a ride.

I had purchased Mobile worth of Rs.13700/- on June 21st - PaisaPay Id:- 31510187508.I was assured a free gift of mobile phone named Samsung Guru as the Monsoon Offer in the month JUNE. I have not yet received it. I have complained to the eBay authorities regarding this many times. They are just beating around the bush. No proper response also. As per my last conversation, ebay promised me the delivery with shipping details. This fraudulent on part of ebay as I was promised communication from ebay, through sms,call or email ,but never received the same. I understand that it takes 45 days. But now it has been more than 120 days. It’s totally unacceptable. Only I hear is, that the issue has been escalated, I will hear soon, 'as soon as possible', 7 days and so on. And they are repeating those word same whenever I called them. Even i talked to the flow supervisor who is a senior peson of ebay team. They gave a false shipping address & asked me to go directly to the courier office and i was fooled by the Ebay. I am very disappointed. After using all sort of online shopping sites like flipkart, snapdeal, etc, I can guarantee that eBay's support is worst than any. I am now thinking of moving to consumer court for legal action against eBay. At least they can inform the particular date, even i can wait for that, but these stupid are again cheating and cheating. The very worst experience i had from them. So it’s a humble request to all buyers don’t rush your purchase when they doing the same in offer period like monsoon, winter, father’s day, friendship day etc....they are good and brainwash you easily. It’s not the only problem for me, even my colleagues (PaisaPay ID 31532507166) are also suffering from the same issues. So we lost our patience and going for the consumer court now. Here after i am going to stop the purchase from these international fraudulent online shoppers EBAY.

I had a very bad experience with eBay. I ordered a computer accessory and the seller did ship the item as per the tracking details given. The tracking shows the item delivered to a person who is unknown to me and I have not received the item.

I communicated this to eBay and I got a call just now from the customer support executive who went on saying that he is treating the issue as closed and not answering my query as to why I should pay for an item ( I had paid through Paisa pay ) which I have not received.

Also there is no escalation mechanism specified in their website as to how I can escalate the issue. If any one knows about the escalation mechanism, please do post it here for everyone's benefit.

For the present I am considering my payment as a donation to eBay.

I have raised ebay guarantee claim for replacement/refund. My claim id is 130146. It's nearly 20 days since I raised this claim, but till now I didn't get any response from ebay. I am not even finding a proper link to ask about the status of this claim. This is a very disappointing experience from ebay

I sold a USED headphone with mention used item working fine and will not be taken back. Buyer received the item called me up saying he is not satisfied with the sound quality and wants a refund. Ebay customer support called me and said to send a 2nd item (?? used item listed as will not be taken back also needs a 2nd item to be sent to buyer??)

Buyer sent back headphone in a broken condition. My 5k branded earphone was now worth nothing since broken. I called up Ebay support and sent several mails with pictures of broken headphone requesting to stop refund to buyer. After several days of continued calls to customer support I was told that buyer was already refunded payment and I would be covered under 'seller protection' & was given number 1-4017251313. (Even after 4 months with repeated calls to customer support I have claim numbers 4969, 1-4818653796, 1-4691136255 etc) Over 30 calls to customer support they every day that my case is escalated and I should receive a call from Mr Ashish Gupta within 24 hours. It so happens that this Mr Ashish Gupta is always busy with something and never found any time to call back in last 2 months.

Pathetic Ebay India customer support, I did not have any problems with Ebay USA where I am a regular ebayer for over last 5 years. India Ebay customer service needs to be properly and professionally managed.
