My name is Brijesh , i have ordered a watch Casio Edifice Analog Black Dial Men's Watch - EF-558SG-1AVDF (ED439) (121393708815 ) of rupees 4399 & my Order id is 37384650641 on 15 Sep 2014 i paid online as per site metioned it ll be delivered at 18 sep 14 but i dont get any order for when i called customer care for the order status they told me it will take aroung 5 more days this is not fare deal for me it just like a froud promise against the customer i have to gift the watch to my friend on 18th sep but i was so embarressed on the day just because of ebay not delivered thier promise this is a worset online service that i have ever seen as other site are reliable or trust worth now i need my solution ASAP. who so ever is incharge for complaint department contact me on my below details.

I am exactly facing the same issue and I agree with you opinion. I received two products both of which were damaged and hence I decided to return them. Ebay tells me that I need to send the product to the seller by post and Ebay will refund the money by coupons. I was still ok. But then I told them that since I am travelling and I would take time to ship the product back to the seller, I would need sometime. Inspite of telling that so many times and also e-mailing that on ebay, still my case is closed. When I called back the CSR, they said - our team has many cases to handle and they cannot be sitting on one case and they are v busy so they did not call you. Also, what is the point calling as they already know that you are out of station. So they have not contacted me.
I am feeling cheated from ebay. Their CSR do not know how to deal with consumers.

I purchased one bitdefender internet secuirity from ebay 3 months back. But suddenly after 90 days its stopped telling invalid key. When i call to bitdefender came to know that the key was provided was 90 days trial key. When i tried to contact seller. There is no correct info to contact. Regarding this issue I contacted ebay three times after i sent mail to seller and did not get responce. Ebay is refused to help or provide the seller details telling 90 days is over and main thing why ther is no correct information of seller then anyone can cheat others like i am cheated providing trial key

THERE ARE HUGE NUMBERS OF BUYER , AND CLAIM WHICH ARE RITE AND WRONG ,IT IS A PROCESS THAT TAKES SOME TIME,BUT ISSUE DEFINETLY RESOLVED

Finally on 14th September I called up CSR once again.
They said that the refund has already been initiated, but will take 6-8 working days to reflect in the account.
I am yet to check my account.

You are right. ebay is not taking care about it's customers. I have purchased LED light from e bay through vivoofficium in the month of July'14. I have received the broken item and informed to vendor. He replied and promised me that he will replace the item or any other item equivalent to the cost. But he will not replaced till now even after I have sent back the broken item. ebay is not at all taking care about the customers. Simply it is connecting to the seller. It is not at all showing the responsibilty and not contacting the customer about complaint. I have decide to stop buying through ebay.

This people are simply seating with no work - i have raised a complin since 16Aug2014, till yet not resolved & its pending. Its regarding the refund against the item i didn't recieved.
They have the same answer from all customercare - i think their managers trained to them, how to talk with customer care.
11th time i called to customer care for the same issue. even i have the proof of date/Time when i called. But the responses are same.

One of the worst experience.... first time buyer and becoming last time buyer for eBay. Call center agents don't know what is customer satisfaction and repeat customer, worst logistics, no response from seller, as per call center agent only option is that let customer suffer.... even will get a far better service with local shop in my neighborhood....

But it's not as describe and raise a claim to ebay but they closed the claim with this statement that product have manufacturing warranty after that I've contacted to seller indiabhanu and he said that he will take the product return back and ebay will refund the amount once you will send him product refund slip and same I've forwarded by mail to you dated 07/10/2014 and seller also send you mail that

but today ebay is saying that seller will refund the amount instead of ebay and now seller is also unreachable so please do the needful at the earliest in this regard.
