I have purchase one Iphone mobile from ebay dated 11th oct'2014 but I have not received my item.
I have lodged compalint for refund dated 3.11.2014 / 4.11.14 / 8.11.14 / 20.11.14 / 24.11.14 / 25.11.14 / 26.11.14 but I have not received my refund till date.
Even mail dated 9th Nov'2014 received from ebay india "Your refund approved and credit in 8 to 9 day " but till date I have not received my refund.
I have already talk to customer care executive and supervision Mr.momin but till date I have not received my amount.
Very bad experience in ebay.
