I have been informed that status is: "Pending from Logistics for the Reverse Pick up".
Why Ebay can not ask logistics department and confirm the status (Reverse pick up on 3rd Oct, delivered on 7/Oct). Reverse Pick Up No: KNUA26 (3/10/2015)

PLEASE Ask Ebay Claims department to CO-ORDINATE WITH Ebay LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT AND PROCESS REFUND of members.
I now feel that I have lost Rs.9***/- just because of carelessness of Ebay logistics department.

still request to do something so similar cases
(no record after reverse pickup) occur in future.
