Complain - ebay member Aseemras

Dear Sir

It is submitted that I am a ebay customer and my ID is chiragdeep2009. I have purchased a Micromax Mobile X114 (Item No. 150406984428) from ebay member “Mr. Aseemras” through ebay (India) website. This product has been delivered to me without its Invoice / Bill. I requested several times to the above seller to send me the invoice of the same product. But he told that ebay customer support has delivered the said Invoice at my address. But neither from his side nor from your side the Invoice of this Mobile phone has been received till todate.

Now this phone is not working and I wish to get it repaired from Micromax Service Centre and I need Its Invoice VERY VERY URGENTLY.

I am a very faithful customer of ebay and do not want to create any dispute or not complaining the seller but the main reason behind this is that seller is not giving me any response after my several requests.

You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter the send me the much required Invoice / Bill

dude, i think providing the invoice/bill is the seller's responsibility, not eBay's. The seller's listing clearly mentions that item comes with bill and manufacturer's warranty. by saying it is eBay's responsibility to provide the bill, he is obviously taking you for a ride. you can raise an item not as described issue with eBay and register a complaint against the seller. sometimes you have to twist the arm if a handshake is not appreciated. -- Signature: I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.
