I wonder what sort of jury the community forum has? It definitely got to be funny. I dont think these people have the ability to review a case. May be they are throwing dice and voting.
One of my feedback was:
"i recieved only 3 keychains....this z cheating"
The item in question was of 4 keychains. We packed and sent 4 keychains. Buyer left negative feedback without any contact. So when we contacted, buyer agreed that the packet was tampered. When we asked buyer why was the packet accepted in tampered condition, buyer has no response. Had buyer not accepted the tampered pack and it got returned to us, we could have resent the item. How are we responsible for buyer's own mistake.
And this great buyer never respnoded to our community court appeal. We put everything clear in our appeal. still the jury gave vote for the feedback to remain and not to be removed.
Great jury - it either has people who do not have time to review and vote, or comprises of some greedy people who are trying to vote against other sellers so they are safe. Or may be they are blind.
No point in continuing to sell on ebay. I think its done deal with ebay.
Better some other portal comes and teaches lesson to ebay. ebay considers sellers to be 3rd rated citizens.. and these buyers take sellers for a ride. high time all sellers give back to ebay. - ebay can look their stats.... their sales and number of sellers and no. of items listed would definitely have been coming down from past 2-3 months. I bet, they may not reveal their stats... but its true....
