Community Court - Case given in Seller Favour, But feedback not removed

Community Court has given decision on my favour to remove 2 negative feedback's from my profile on Feb 03 and Feb 25.

But these feedback's are still on my profile. I request ebay to please look into this and help me to remove these feedback from my profile.

Me too facing the same problem got feedback removal conformation mail on 25th but still not removed and when we contact customer support ( they are good for nothing )asks us to write a mail to support@ebaycourt.com . Whenever we writes mail to this ID. Mail gets bounce back. Really don t know whom to contact to get remove this feedback. Can any one help out to how to remove this feedback

I have also received negative feedback from the buyer by mistake which he also confirmed in community forum.and case was favoured to me. but still my negative feedback is not removed. which is spoiling my selling records

guys hold on thats good u put in community discussion but all you are forgetting that its closing of the year 31 march and ebay team was busy with paypal in feb. i think it all be going to effect after 5 april . thats my personal view.

Hi Everyone ,

There seems to be some serious problem with the working of Community Court - putting the Sellers in problem .

I had filed two appeals in the court about 20days back and they still are in appeal state only , awaiting Buyer's responce - while they should have proceeded for the Voting Stage , if the Buyer doesn't respond within 10 days. Correct me If I am wrong . I did write to the administrator Community Court - but nothing seems to move or work .

Moreover, if a feedback is not removed in time - it defeats the actual purpose of the court .

Also, 10 ays time for the Buyer to respond should be reduced to 3 days .

If anyone listens , kindly respond.

Just call someone at eBay India team and they will look into it. They were very busy due to PayPal issues in February.

Yesterday out of 2 negs 1 has been removed.

I will be really thankfull if another negative get removed.

Now my voice has been listened by ebay and both negatives has been removed from my profile.
