Claim not settled properly and just thrown a email to contact the seller.
I am feeling very much cheated by e-Bay in this claim. Useless process and just a phone call to go check with seller is not for I bought in e-Bay. Why should I purchase in e-Bay if I can got to shops directly. Very clearly you have mentioned that I can return product within 30 days if not satisfied with product. It is refurbished one and not working more than 5 mins. No warranty card also not attached while delivered. I need to proper solution
