Claim rejected

I have purchased 4 clocks from ebay on 20-Nov-2013 and paid via paisa pay. Item ids are

1) 151164095779

2) 151151064013

3) 151150317539

4) 151150317509

Payment was done vis Paisa Pay ID: 35040922051.

Seller informed that the order is shipped via BlueDart on 26-Nov-2013 via AWB: 69044887181

I recived a box from BlueDart on 28-Nov-2013. Opening the box only gave me 2 clocks where it was suppose to be 4. Missing ite,s are

1) 151151064013

2) 151150317509

Tried to contact seller but was not getting him on phone. So raised claims for these items via claim ids 345711 and 345712. Today i received a message the claim is rejected without any reason. Now what i am suppose to do. Who is going to give me my money or item ?

Later i contacted the seller and he informed me that he shipped "2" boxes with the same AWB number. Only one reached me. Seller (Alok) agreed to me that it was his mistake in putting the same AWB in 2 boxes and now one is missing. He informed me that he will send replacement but not recieved any yet. Now the claim is also closed by a claim personal by looking at the AWB delivery status at the bluedart website. You don't need a master's degree to look at bluedart website and see the delivery status as delivered. What if the seller sent me onion instead of clocks, will you close the claim based on Bluedart website status.

So much for the ebay guarentee. Was a regular user of ebay and this is bad, really bad.

Re: Claim rejected

I believe that eBay does not close claims like this as you claimed. eBay closes claims only when the seller produces evidence of shipping by video of contents and packing. I presume this must have happened. If the packing was damaged/tampered you were not supposed to receive it. No seller sends tow packages in same AWB number. Because the Bluedart system will reject such shipment.
