I have a purchased one mobile phone from E-Bay website on 29 may but when i checked & found,the phone which i
recieved is old and used .I booked the complain to Ebay and ebay registered the case and check at their end and
confirmed that the phone is old and used through IMEI number
After I return the phone to Ebay (ebay vendor) then Ebay confirmed me that my case is closed and given me claim
id-2042781 and give me the time line of 15 days to return my money back through DD
As 15 days past when i again enquired to Ebay customer care , they expressed their inablity to deliver in this time
frame and ask some more time around 15 days again
Now i put the case in their (Ebay) grivenace cell through mail id DL-EBAY-IN-GRIEVANCE-OFFICER@ebay.com but don't have any
hope ,they also require more time to resolve this issue

I suggest all my friends please rethink twice to purchase any thing from Ebay.in coz it is very diffcult to get back your money ,once you return your item to E-bay
