I had ordered this item on 14/10/2014. The item was never delivered!! After requesting for a Claim on delivery of item, it has been more than 2 weeks and I am still waiting for Credit. Please see information below and expedite.

My claim was said to be processed on 23/10 but till date there has been no update on refund. I feel I should have approached the seller instead of eBay, my mistake in thinking eBay to be more professional than the seller as the seller calls me to understand if I have received my refund but not eBay till date

Same thing happened to me also.I ordered on 12/10/14 and raised a claim on 21/10/14 stating that "I want the item".But since then claim is still in process.Worst customer care service ever. I am all fed up calling them a thousand times and dont know what to do anymore 😞
