Hi,
- I have ordered an item which I received to be not good. Before receiving the order I got the confirmation from my friend that this product is not worth hence i had opened a claim.
I HAD to DO THIS BECAUSE EBAY IS NOT USER FRIENDLY AND THERE IS NO WAY i COULD CANCEL MY ORDER.
- After i open a claim seller ships the item --- why ?
- I receive the product and as expected it is not up to the mark ----
- I contacted customer care executive twice on same issue. both the time I got the response that claim dept will call me.
I am still waiting for claim dept to call and get my refund.

Please process this claim and I will make sure I will never ever use Ebay in future as there are better portal and customer care executive ready to support their customers.
