I had purchased an Armani watch from eBay on 9th august. Courier delivered the item on 19th. After opening the packaging I was surprised to see there was no watch. Same day eBay guarantee claim was lodged. A month has gone eBay has told to return the material by ARAMEX courier, they are not accepting the material. eBay is sitting idle. Their customer care center has no authority but says they will revert back within 48 hrs, which they never does. I shall going to lodge legal complaint and want that this site to be closed down as they are fooling people. This is the worst online shopping site in india.
