I had purchased an electronics kit in June which was unlike what was shown, was faulty and I asked ebay for a refund. The respective vendor dodged the claim by calling at odd hours and closing the claim without notice. ebay refunded the money in form of a coupon which i used to purchase a pen drive. The Pendrive did not get delivered.
I raised a claim (id # 2223099) dated August 9, 2016 after waiting for 10 days for the pen drive. As on date, I have neither received the pen drive from the vendor nor the refund coupon for Rs. 600.
It takes more that 15 minutes wait time before I get to speak to anyone at ebay and they are experts in making false promises which mean nothing. I hope someone at ebay is reading this mail who can process my refund genuinely and help me out.
