I have raised a clain on December 23rd for not recieving an item from ebay, the courier company has also accepted that they have lost the baggage in transit and also given a mail for the same.
It has been 3 weeks but i have not heard anything from your claim officer he is not coming on calls he is not returning calls at promised time
A bad customer care department with realy unproffesional people working ,these kind of services are actually a bad taste for customers and also dent the reputation that ebay has created over the years
I would realy like some person witin Ebay to see the working of your own customer care and take necessary steps
