Claim ID 2783614

This is with respect to my claim id 2783614, from day one of my claim i have informed customer care that i would expect a return on my claim. Now even after 10 days the process has not been initiated even though i have completed whatever was required from my end (returning the wrong item delivered to me). Every time i call up customer care they assure me a resolution & tells me that i would receive a call within 48 days (which  never happens). How much time does it take for you to process refund. This is my first purchas eon e bay & i am shocked by their processes though they claim that every thing is recorded for internal purpose by every time i explained things to them from scratch.
