This above mentioned transaction was done from my ebay account. I am really in trouble with ebay service.
The seller has shipped the wrong item (used) instead of brand new as promised, with different manufactures accessories for the brand new product.
Even the seller agreed for refund but still ebay hesitate to provide resolution. Already I have done lots of call and emails for the resolution. But I am getting only one reply that Claim/ Backend department is continuously working on this. If I ask any contact details of Claim/ Backend department they don’t have any answer and they are angry to my question like I have done something wrong.
I really don’t understand the meanings of some words like 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, resolution, promise etc.
I request you to provide me a resolution to return and a faster refund. It’s already completed 18 days, still there is no proper reply or information from ebay.
