Claim Adjuster not responding - No action taken by Ebay

I am a seller and have raised a request several times from last week for claim adjuster to call us and not received it yet.

There is no other means by which I can reach him?

How long is the estimated waiting time for claim adjuster to call us back?

And whats the channel for escalating this?

Can the claim adjuster call again as I couldnt take the call from him today morning.. apols for the inconvenience but this is really urgent, need to close the claim
