my purchase was one dell laptop worth 30k + and I had redeemed the Nokia c2 -02 as gift. But the gift you dispatched through Fristflight courier, AWB number D12122766 on Feb 1 was returned to yourself as they have no service to my area. Aadil ur chat executive, had told me earlier this month that you will be re dispatching the gift through blue dart.I have emailed inpromotions@ebay and also chatted with you online regarding this from last 2 months.
As this is getting delayed am worried... i need to know when I will get the redeemed gift. Could you please help?
