Can you please update me on the status of my Gift . I have opted for Nokia c2-02 phone.
You are good in providing faster delivery for purchased item..... Why you people are not maintaining that type of service for gifts also. If you are doing this as apart of promotion very sad to say it's only effecting your brand value and will lose your buyers if you are not providing gifts on time.

On feb 16 i got a message from ebay that we have sent your xmas promotion gift via bluedart awb no. 13433399501. till now i have not received the same and i am not even able to track the shipment in the bluedart site with the given awb number. bluedart site is giving 'no match found' message when i try with this number.

pls provide me the correct awb number or update the shipping status.

Total Purchase above Rs. 50000.

I had opted for 2 gm gold coin on 08th Jan 2012. I was supposed to receive the gift within 45 days.

I had called customer care on on 8th or 9th Feb and I was informed that you will get gift within timeline.

However till date there is no update on the gift.

Request you to please resolve. I bought the items on 31st Dec 2011 and from ebay only in expectation and considering the value of this gifts.

I am also awaiting my christmas gift - C2 02 nokia mobile, now i seriously doub't whether these gifts were ever despatched, as the awb no. given to me was incorrect, very similar to other stories.
I have been a regular shopper on ebay, now i put all my dealings with ebay on hold, and have also stop promoting Ebay, infact have been advising all to avoid Ebay, as there are many stories of people getting cheated by Ebay, and not by the third parties.

i had redeemed the x-mas gift nokia c2-02 which Ebay had assured to gift on the purchase of 30k and above.on 1/2/2012 i recieved an sms from ebay stating my gift was shipped on DHL BLUE DART tracking number-1343338801,i was trying to track from that day but when i tried to track i am getting error results not found.and my area too not serviced by bludart,to reach nearest bludart office i have to travel 6 hrs ,tried your phone support several times always they ask to wait for a month or week and not satisfied with thier answers at all.so please dispatch it soon.
