I didn't receive my christmas gift micromax X11 phone yet; i opted the gift two weeks ago. ebay should not give such type of promotional offers as it can't process faster. I have seen many persons are still waiting for the gifts. I think ebay is losing its value in india.

I'm suppose to receive a Panasonic Cordless Phone, From September I'm keep calling customer care twice a month but never received the item. everytime the customer care person contact the ebay promotion dept. and tells me that I'll receive the gift within 10 days... instead of repeating the same thing, please report it to some other concerned person who can resolve this. I bought the product above the market price just because of the gift item. Now I'm feeling quite cheated ... If you think from customer's point of view then you will understand. I too haven't received my Christmas gift.. It was supposed to be a Jabra bluetooth.
Tired of making numerous calls to Ebay customer care but they make false comittments. Ebay is misleading its customers and will surely end up losing most of them. This is very distressing and highly inconvenient.
