I had made a purchase eligible for Christmas gif in january,2010(PaisaPay Id- 25827645199 ). as i didnt receive the gift i wrote to customer care on the last part of january.Customer care executive responded that i have wait for 30days.Again I wrote to them on14.3.2010 & Customer care executive responded that i have to update my registered address.
my registered address is same as my shipping address, on which i have recieved almost 25 items through courier from ebay. i conveyed to the executive that almost all courier services operate near my area , and also told that they may ship to my office address also.
Customer care responded that they Escalated matter to get the item at the earliest.
But after repeated email to ebay, I am still waiting to receiv that free gift. Moreover, they are not responding to my last two emails
It seems that ebay customer care don"t care of such a trivial matter.
