Christmas Gift Not Received Yet !!!!

I have selected a Sandisk 8 gb pen drive for the Christmas offer and Its been close to a month and I have'nt received yet. I would request the concern people to look into my query and speed up the process. I have a bad experience with the diwali promotional offer and I hope this time its going to be better.

I just don't understand why eBay doesnt respond quickly to their customer's ? I think this is also going to be a bad experience with eBay.

I've not received Christmas gift nokia handset so far. There's no proper link on site to complaint. Yesterday during chat I was give tracking no 13131665043 blue dart which blue dart told me via email that
The number is not featuring in our system. The same could be either incorrect or not yet booked with us. Kindly recheck with the sender.

I don't understand what to do. Hence after I'll never trust ebay gifts. Cash discount coupon really works but such festival type gifts is cheating of ebay cause they don't reply also. Very poor response.
