I had such a poor experience with this fraud company so i want to share it with you all so that u don't get cheated !
I bought a maxx power bank from ebay they shipped me product with in due time
but product was not working well so same day i raised a complain to refund my money or exchange ds faulty product
ebay people after 2 days rejected claim saying now its not our responsibility go to maxx service centre
still i cooperated with them and went to service centre and those people told me this product is not genuine its of grey market so not eligible for warranty
now i contacted ebay again and they were still uttering the same go to service centre
now i m struck and my money s wasted !
Neither ebay is responding nor seller !!!
such a fraud these people are
Snapdeal amazon are far more better than dez frauds as they take responsibility and handle the case !
these people are crap i am planning to go to consumer forum
