Cheating with Motorokr S9 Headset

Hi, i have ordered Motorokr S9 10 days back, my paisapay ID is 27188418773, yesterday the the merchant called me and said go for S9 HD and for that i need to pay 750 rupees, i have sent the money also. today i got the device and when i opened it for the first time , then the right ear head phone was broken and the usb slot cover also came out and not going in.
It is a pakka duplicate device , which i dont want to have it, i tried to call the sender on his mobile 9920065455, but it is switched of today.
Can u please let me know what should be done, i am very disappointed with e-bay for keeping such merchants in the system.

As a rule with all forums, please go through the old postings first to see the resolution of your problem, if there is no resolution given to a similar problem then you can create a new post but when over hundred times the same problem has been discussed and resolution given then why do you still create new post. Please don't do it. First search the forum and you will find answer to your issue.
