Hi,
I had purchased a mobile phone which stopped working properly in few days. I had sent it back to the seller, its been a month now I have not got the phone back.
I have tried contacting the seller but the last update which I got was on 5th Aug after that I have not got any response.
My seller gave me a link to post messages because that was the official way of communication. I have sent many messages through that, tried sending sms, called him on his cell phone which always goes busy.
Not sure how can I get in touch with the seller. Please suggest.
