Please mind that any purchases we made, it is on the trust of ebay. noone knows seller and on your trust we pay advance to get the merchandise we won.when I won Nokia N90 phone in Rs. 22100/- the seller is neither sending the product nor returning the money since Feb'06. I opened a dispute but ebay is not bothered. this is cheating and you need to reslve it. I can't accept Rs. 9500/- from you and bear a loss of Rs. 12000/-. It is forgery and cheating under sec420of IPC and criminal. I request you to resolve the matter else I will left with no option to lodge an FIR. I hope you will not allow to go situation that way.

Hi,
If you have paid through PaisaPay, then should get the full refund as eBay gives protection till Rs.50000.
Also eBay has refunded the full amount to many though the protection claim is Rs.9950/- ---------------
With Regards,
Navaneeth (snrama) 😉
