I have been cheated by the seller "onlineshoppingbazaar"( Ms. Priya)

--> I auctioned and won the Titan Ladies Designer Watch Model no: 9790WL01

--> Seller sent me watch Model no: 9799FW1.

As per my conversation with Seller ( Ms.Priya) she told me that this bid was very much unusual for them as the cost of the watch shown in the picture is around 3000 Rs & the bid has happened on 1250 Rs.

Also, I found this very strange that when I asked for Money refund she was immediately ready to refund my money no seller does that in case he/she has delivered the correct product.
This means that, if a bidder wins the item at lower price than its original price, the seller ships him the low price item, which is look alike of the original item.

Previously I decided to take my money back, but when I understood the sellers intensions of cheating me, I made my mind that I would not take my steps back and would ask for justice from EBAY.

So I had made an appeal for justice in ebay court.

Please beware of such cheaters.

Again greed has got the better of you. When will buyers decide not to be greedy and use their head once for a change. The seller is less than 1 month old on ebay and is selling counterfeit products, that itself should have cautioned you before purchase. Now file a SNAD case with ebay and try to get your money back.

Comm court is not for justice to buyers, it is a Negative removal mechanism for the seller, contact ebay customer care to file your case and get a refund of your payment.

It very unfortunate for me that you are not pleased with our transaction. I tried my best to honour my and the ebay commitment during the course of our interaction. Like i have explained to you earlier it is the same product that was displayed on ebay. However, i cannot force you to like my product. I have already told you the further course of action. I have never resisted to returning your money from the beginning. And moreover, there was always a return back policy for this particular listing. What more do you need from me?
The product like you rightly mentioned is much higher than your winning bid. I was expected a much higher price for this. But since you won it - It’s my duty to honour my commitment and deliver the product to you - Which i promptly did.
I would again request you to ship my product back and i can return you your money. I have always urged you to resolve this amicably.

I appreciate your feedback on the subject. I would ask for guidance from a seasoned seller like you to handle this issue. Like i mentioned to earlier, I always agreed to return Shama her money. I am still not sure what else i can do to resolve her resentment.

Just a small thing which you did not replied in your post, Regarding the difference in model - 9790WL01 and 9799FW1.
please clarify if actually you sent a different model no. with low mrp instead of the model buyer had won.

Please tell us why the buyer feels the the product is a cheap imitation. Did you send original Titan watch with its actual packing and a stamped warranty card ???. The reason I ask you this is because there is no model 9799FW1 in Titan purple collection of watches so what did you really send ??.

I don't see why the buyer should raise the issue if they received a 3000/- original Titan watch for 1200/-. Unless.....

The product that was shipped to the buyer is an original titan watch - With original box, Manual and warranty card from the manufacturer. It also has the signiture halogram on the buckle and at the back of the dial. The watch is brand new with even the scratch guard on the dial. Like you rightly mentioned there is no such model number titan 9799FW1. I have sent across the right product (9790WL01) to the buyer and this is mentioned on the warranty card. Moreover, i am yet to come across an imitation of titan.

The titan watch i shipped is exactly as shown in the listing picture - has a beige strap with beige dial with a gold and diamond rim and with 2 butterflies on the dial. The buyer thinks that the strap and the dial of the actual watch are thinner than what was displayed on listing picture. I cannot contest her views as it’s a catalogue picture - One may feel that the product looks much prettier in the catalogue than in reality.

Ebay is an excellent, secure and a fair a platform to do virtual trade. I aspire to have a long term association with ebay as a seller. And that is why i agreed to make compromises in this transaction - Both when i shipped the product to the winning bidder at a price lower than the MRP and again when i agreed to give a refund to the buyer. I have made an honest sale, prompt shipping and then offered to return the money just because i didn’t want trouble. But it clearly wasn’t enough i guess!

I will suggest you one thing, please take the watch to a Titan outlet near your place and get it valued from the Titan dealer and give us your feedback of the result. I think that should decide if the watch is really genuine or not so that this case can be closed and everybody is happy.
