Cheating by Ebay

I had purchased 500GB passport HDD from digital areana with PaisaPay ID 28956615057, on 31 may 2011. I promptly recieved the item but I was supposed to get the gift item 8GB PENDRIVE from ebay and so far I have not recieved the item. I have contacted eabay several times over email and customer care phone but they have not dispatched the item. Now they do not respond to my email. SO Ebay IS A BIG CHEATING COMPANY. I am thinking of moving the matter to Consumer court.

I have been using Ebay for quite some time and had shopped twice on such free offers. Last year I too had similar problem and understood the free gift was sent to the registration address on your ebay account and not to the actual shipping address where you have received the 500 GB HDD. I then updated my registered address and raised it with customer care, in three weeks I got the bluetooth headset (Jabra) which is still working great. Last month ordered a laptop for which I got the 500 GB hard disk free which was delivered today. Please check the registration address and hopefully Ebay hears your concern.

I had purchased the item SONY CYBERSHOT DSC W 530 DIGITAL CAMERA from digitalimagingcompany with paisapay id 29333556630 on 7/july/11. I have not recieved the item till today. I have contact ebay twice and they told me that they dont know by which courier they will sent the item. After I contact again second time,they informed me that they sent by Indian Post. As I said earlier, item cannot reach till today. This no 08898587519 is the one i used to contact at ebay.

Dear Seema,
I have relied to the email address you have specified but so far I have not recieved any reply from their side. I am surprised why ebay is doing such mischief. They can specify the days required for the dispatch of the item and we the customers are ready to wait. Atleast you can give response to the customers once you are committed.

Dear Sir/Madam,
If a specific item is not going to work in India ,why do you allow such items to be sold to Indian customers. I recently bought a Casino Royal blu ray disc which has only region A code , which means it works only in America, why do these people sell such items to us in India.
