Cheating Sellers on eBay

Trust Deals cheated me with brand nw mobile i bought from him. when my mobile has problem , then only i realized that the warranty of the 'Brand New' mobile expired before i bought. So buyers please check the warranty of the product with the manufacturer or other authorized option immediately, otherwise you will relize you are cheated only when you have problems and take to service center. In this case 'TRUST DEALS' selleing in eBay items like this. Am a sufferer for it. Please ..please make sure .. you double check the warranty of the product.. Nobody should face a problem that happend to me ..

You know how many times i contacted you to resolve the issue ? 24 mails has send to you so far .. 4 -5 times i called you internationaly to resolve. You remember your product description "eBay item #270162300133 BRAND NEW NOKIA N72 MOBILE 2MP CAMERA NATIONAL WARRANTY". You know what is 'NATIONAL WARRANTY" means ? I checked the mobile with Nokia Service center in two cities, they said its warranty expired before i bought the ' BRAND NEW MOBILE' from you. Because you i stopped buying in eBay. It was very convinent for m to buy , if this kind of cheating sellers are there, i don't feel comfortable buying in ebay.Unless eBay remove the cheating sellers from its site from being cheated by innocent buyers. I don't tolerate cheating.

Jayas and all other ebay buyers,

Tip : After buying the product,its better to checkout warranty status from nearest local brand service center,before releasing the payment to seller.
Becuase many sellers I know are selling Grey market products which has no warranty !


Do not leave postive feedback immediatly after you get the items,

Ready the terms and condition of sellers properly before you buy!

now i decided to file a case in consumer court

No use of writing same thing again and again. Go directly to consumer court if you really have a issue.
