I ordered one product on April 30th But the product not shipped.When I contacted the seller the phone is switched off and I emailed the samething no response.eBay saying is our guarantee. but I called so many times to customer care department.No proper response they are saying seller is not responding.We customers are not looking for refund or something like that.We are looking for products.EBay is advertising with guarantee and make cheating the customer. You have the responsibility take care of every action from the initial date of purchase.Otherwise don't advertise in India.Go back EBay.Let's think every India Ban eBay product s.Genuine compliant from real customer.Cheated customer from eBay
