I bought a cellphone online for 9100. The seller did not send me the cellphone. I contacted ebay but all I got were autogenerated responses. I escalated the matter to a claima nd got a response after almost 2 months asking me to fax details to the payment (Online bank transfer).
The fax number they sent me was incorrect. everytime I try to fax, it says that the number does not exist. I hav tried from different systems.
I wrote back to tell them that their fax no. was incorrect but they have not responded. I fear that my claim will be closed and my money will not be refunded. Please help.
I never want to transact on Ebay henceforth. They have lost my trust completely.
