#160052306066 was ordered as Cash on Delivery. The order was placed in November 2006. The dealer without delivering the item, raised a non-payment dispute. How is this possible. Is your software so dumb that it will accept any complaint without understanding it?
Please upgrade your software. There cannot be a non-payment dispute for Cash on Delivery items before delivery of the item. Before raising the dispute, please ensure whether the seller made an effort to deliver the item. If it was refused or if after accepting, payment was not made, one can raise a 'non-payment' dispute. Otherwise, it is utterly non-sensical to raise a complaint like that. Please ensure that your software is not so dumb and your people are educated accordingly.
