Cant redeem Republic day gift- Very sad

Some users have said that after logging in to ebay, they got a message like "click here to redeem your republic day gift" But i dint get any link. I even have paisapay receipt confirming that i used republic day coupon code in my purchases. Now how can i claim my gifts? I mailed customer care several times. Even after 48hours after mail, no reply.

Don't buy anything in Ebay. They won't reply for your mail also. Check my mail details, even after one month(one month before also I sent a mail) There is no resolution for my issue.

I have purchased Using REPUBLIC01 and 02 coupon codes during the promotion period of Republic day offer. Still I didn't receive any link to redeem my gift. Items listing prices are same as in the market but only difference is gift, because of that I purchased them. I sent a mail regarding this issue on 12/02/2012. Still there is no resolution on this issue. If there is a big queue why are you giving another offer. First clear previous offers then go for next offer. This is like cheating, If Ebay do it again it leads to drop out their customers.

So guys, Don't buy anything on ebay. You never get gifts from it. some times they send gift for trapping you. If you got gift then you think that ok, ebay is genuine company. But it is not true. You are going to be trapped.

Did you receive any info about the gift before receiving itI mean any AWB number or any such thing.
I contacted customer care and they said that they had completed redemption process on 17th Feb and I will be receiving my gift at the end of this month. But I do not trust them. If everyone agrees we can complain about ebay at the consumer forum. What say?

i have purchased HTC Wildfire S and here is the PaisaPay ID 32748014688 & i have clicked republic day gift (philips SHP 1900 Headphone) at the time of redemption of gift,, and it is almost feb month had gone, will ebay really ships the free gift?? or its just an cheap marketing tricks to attract buyer??, please reply will that gift come home or its waste of time to wait for it??

I have been waiting for my New year gift! Then I see that people are waiting for diwali gifts and xmas gifts!
