Can't enter shipping details

I sold a product on eBay yesterday and shipped it via dtdc. Since morning I am trying to enter shipping details. When I press submit all I get is no page found. 😞 I want to receive my money. How do I receive it when I can't even enter shipping details 😞 the buyer is receiving item before 12 tomorrow. This is my first eBay selling experience and I don't want to loose my money.

😐 i am also having the same problem. .
and i tried through my computer and my cell phone. .
all i get is no page found. .
i dont know what to do plz someone help. .
