Can't Claim feedback

Hello,
I ordered a COIDO Car Vacuum cleaner from ebay. & It showed me way to claim refund all time till 5th november, & says that I have time to claim refund till 7th november, otherwise it will be considered recieved. But I recieved the product on 6th November and that too tampered, so If I wan't to claim refund after finding its tampered, I can't do it online. Please help.

I do understand your situation. In rare cases, items get delivered after PaisaPay timelines got over and that's the very reason as to why we offer 30days of Purchase Protection. 🙂 You can raise a claim under eBay Guarantee till 30th day of the payment realisation.

However, it is strongly suggested that do not accept the parcel if it is tempered or with visible damages.
