we got a chargeback from pasia pay.. we send the pod on 13th and in reply got the acknowelgement after no response from ebay pasia pay we send them email asking what is problem to pasia pay...got a reply from ebay customer care that he is forwarding this matter to pasia pay and we will reply in 2-3 days(although mail directly goes to pasia pay team) anyway after 1 week of wait we send the mail again.. reply came we did not received any POD.. we send him the acknowelgement mail and reply came ya you are right you got the acknowelgement mail but still we did not received any POD.. we send it again with a reply.. than reply came by customer care sorry we did not accept any attachment here so send it on other address(which not mention) and (also previous attachement which is acknowelgement mail is checked by team but this is not).... so sapna all though you are not going to reply this & do anything still we wrote to show what is customer care of your's....the biggest stupidity of customer care team is you never assign one person on particular case.. always reply goes to different executive which never bother to read below converstation.... we are fed by ebay customer care in reply we wrote it and writing here.. to we did not want the refund.. we waste the time that much to get a refund.. eat or put that money on your customer care... IF YOU PPL not able to handle customer care please LET US KNOW... I WILL SEND MINE TEAM FOR 2 WEEKS>>>THEY WILL TRAINED YOUR DEPARTMENT AND TEACH THEM WHAT IS CUSTOMER CARE... Care means if customer suffering than give them AID.. and your department moto is tourcher the customer so he will fogot the AID :-D....
so already tourcher and now thinking to never get any kind of help by your customer care who do nothing...BAAZEE still had a good customer Care..and ebay which is MNC does not have 10% of it...STRANGE
